How to find colleagues for joint software development?

I have an idea for a project, but I lack a full stack of skills, for example, I know how to administer servers and Java, but I don’t know mobile development, architecture and layout. It will be very interesting for me, among other things, to learn this.
The question is, are there services for finding colleagues? The just for fun project does not imply material benefits, but nevertheless, if it succeeds (which is unlikely), it is ready to equally distribute income.

Directly, to search for colleagues, I don’t know such. Usually they make an MVP, then they start PR in those. places where it-shniks live, at the same time offering to participate for certain buns. The same habrahabr, vc, spark, are quite good platforms to talk about your idea, show the concept and invite those who are interested to participate. Well, you can search on the still live forums (the same search engine) and thematic groups in VK and FB.
You can also get a job in a large office and look for colleagues at work. I heard in Google that startups are very fond of :)

willing to share income equally.
while there is no income - everyone says so.
If you are not able to make an MVP yourself - study the necessary stack, make it and sell it to an investor. Then look for people for money

1. Hackathons.
2. Friends, friends of friends, acquaintances of friends of friends.
In this case, no remote will work.
If no one is interested in the project, drop it.
