How to find and optimize all queries running in parallel?

Good afternoon.
Please tell me where can I see which operations in the execution plan work in parallel
and how can I get a list of requests that have these same operations?
There is a very heavy load on the server and the first type of locks may be associated with a non-optimal query parallelization parameter.
