How to find an organization for targeted training?

Ola!
I am a student of the 11th grade, and, in fact, I began to be interested in the question "Where and how to do it?".
I went to the institute of interest for an open day, found out the exact checksums of the previous stream and a little doubted my ability to pass the exam for the score I needed. Therefore, I specifically thought about the topic of admission under a contract from an organization, but there are small problems in this.
Since I do not live in a big city, but in a provincial town with a population of ~ 80k (without having the opportunity to get into commerce), and all companies are located in another city (in the same place where the institute is, I would not say that far) - I have to search for information on the Internet, but it is already difficult to find it, since all large companies have opened their own "schools".

  1. What can I do:
    • Have basic knowledge of C ++ (4 years of courses, two of which are in Borland)
    • The very basics of x86-64 Assembler, basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and database operation through C #
    • I learn quite quickly and delve into the essence of algorithms (IMHO)
    • The maximum that I have written so far is a C++ keygen for Fantom Crackme #8 and a regular calculator in C++ and then in C#
    • Strong attraction and unhealthy interest in IT technologies
    • Well developed logic
  2. What interests me:
    • Can I, with such modest knowledge, try my luck to get a target referral from some good coding company, so that at the same time I can also develop myself at work, and not "reinvent the wheel" as it happens in freelancing.
    • If so, where should you start looking? For I do not have the opportunity to consult with someone working in companies that conduct such recruitments. There was an idea to call the hotline of the Ministry of Education, but it seems to me that they either do not have such information, or it is not enough.

As sim3x already said , the company should be interested in you: either in the long run you will bring it more money (read talent, abilities, etc.), or there are connections and an exit to HR.
If there are no strings, then the general advice is this: you need to look for, google activities, open days, olympiads and other social lifts and try your luck in them, unless of course it's too late. Thus, to interest a certain or at least some kind of company. On the toaster, a description of your skills, in your case, will not interest anyone.
If you don't show yourself
don't wait for an offer. The easiest way is to go to the target from some power structure, there are regular recruitments.
