How to find an investor/"business angel" for a game project?

At the current stage of creating a project without an investor, no way.

The main question: Where to look?

The project needs to be launched, but the people involved in the project do not cope with the task.
It is necessary to find a good programmer to rework/create a web version of the project + a documented API for developing applications on iPhone and Android.

The project itself will not be lifted from this position. We need investments and recommendations.

I doubt very much that you will be able to find an investor for a project where "the people involved in the project are not up to the task."

We need money for good programmers.
The man took, but does not pull.
I agree, my mistake, that I believed the developer and entrusted the project.

No (adequate) investor will be interested in a game until it can be played. In other words, if the game is not ready, it is too early for you to think about an investor.
Look for a good programmer to share, or funds for his salary.

The funds for the RFP are at least 300k for the development time for one person, there’s no way without an investor.

Once an investor himself came to me and offered to make a game. Noah refused, because the investor was non-core and he did not understand the industry. In addition, my idea of a worthwhile game was at odds with his.
