How to find an external user in Google drive to cut off access?
Comrades, hello.
Something I did not find how to solve my problem, I decided to ask the community.
Given: Google apps with mail for the domain and a bunch of company documents in it, where the devil will break his leg.
Most of the docks are shared among domain users, but sometimes there are addresses of left-handed people in the balls. Former employees there, some partners who were given access for a week and forgotten.
These left addresses, as you understand, are not invited domain users, and when I go to the admin panel, I don’t see them, just like that, in a list of some kind.
Tell me, guys, is there a way to monitor the left e-mails \ files shared on them in order to chop them to hell.
It is desirable not all in a crowd, it will be enough to enter the desired e-mail, and that it would show where this left user is allowed access.
Is there any way?
For when you try to drive a leftist into the search, Google shows me only those files where the user is the owner of the file. Is it in the shared - does not show
Thank you

Hello.
Only for Google Apps
Try the #1 Audit Tool for Google Apps . Under the nondescript design hides a powerful tool and respectable support. The statistics are available free of charge to everyone. From it, you can just determine who granted what to whom and with what rights. By subscribing to the application, you can get additional functionality. A free subscription is available for non-profit organizations. Promevo gPanel for Google Apps Administration
is
also favored , but I have not had a chance to use it.
In any case, with Google Apps and a large number of users, the administration tool:
➡ will be bought
➡ will be written by one's own hands
For a specific user. Any account.
Use Advanced Search using to:email notation .
You can also change the permissions for files (Google Drive format only) that you don't own. To do this, the Owner himself must not prohibit the possibility of changing rights. You can see this from the search results.
