How to find an entry in the database?

We need to find the row in the table with tags that has at least 1 occurrence of the product name

What I want to achieve, products are displayed, if there is no image in the product, then we try to get it from the table with tags
. If there is an entry, then we take the image from the tag, if not, then the default image
