How to find an ad containing a phrase through direct commentary?

In the left column of the commander, I selected the company tab, in the groups tab I selected all of the ones that appeared, and in the ads tab I selected everything. Further in the command line of the left column entered

= Phrase ~ Design

and got a message

Invalid field name: Phrase

If I watch ads manually, then among them there are definitely those that contain the word "design" in the phrase. If the team

I enter the right column in the command line, then I get not a list of ads, but a list of phrases.

In the middle column, select the "Announcements" tab at the top. Then the search will go by ads, not by phrases.
In the command line at the bottom of the middle column, you can enter the search word directly, without assigning: "design". Then the search will be performed on all fields of the ad.
