Transferred all the files on the disk, only
$RECYCLE.BIN and System Volume Information are left
There are only 20kb of system files that cannot be deleted.

Firstly, the disk can contain not only files, but also file system service information.
Secondly, 20kb files can take up more than a gigabyte on the disk.
Thirdly, for example, I have more than 10 TB of information stored on a 2TB disk, while the disk is half empty.
Fourth, standard disk viewers cannot show the full picture of disk usage.
