Disks for backup server. What to choose?

Hello.

I was puzzled by increasing disk space on the backup server.
I want to throw 2 disks of ~ 16 TB with a mirror.

Information is somehow not enough ..
I watched wd reds ... more expensive than the same seagate, delivery 2 weeks and even 1 pc. is not everywhere. (We do not discard the option)
There are some misunderstandings with Seagate. On the vendor's website, both IronWolf Pro and Exos X are described as suitable for everything ... it's not entirely clear how they differ at all.

Is there anything to advise?

You didn't specify an interface, but I'll assume SATA.
If everything that is offered on the market is available for purchase, then I would take those WDs that are actually HGST (Hitachi). These are discs with a white sticker without any Gold, Purple, and other colors of the rainbow.
If not, then one possible input filter is no SMR . Although, if the load on the disks is low, then the effect of CMP may not be so pronounced.
If we talk about Exos, then some time ago Seagate declared that none of them has SMR. But there is a favorite "specifications are subject to change without notice", so it may not be superfluous to double-check.
