How to find adequate partners for IT business in Moscow?
For a long time, I built a business on principle without attracting partners from Moscow (using freelancers, remote employees).
Then I had several partners in Moscow, with whom I worked with each of them separately (creation and development of sites, promotion). Now the cooperation has come to naught (they took up their projects, dispersed without conflict).
Now I want to find partners in several promising areas, primarily because it’s hard to move alone, there is no brainstorming, energy.
The directions are as follows: lead generation (attracting customers) with payment per appeal or for a percentage (there is already a small base of customers to whom this can be offered), selling ready-made sites or renting them out (there are interesting domains available), opening online stores according to the dropshipping scheme (I have extensive experience in developing stores).
Psychologically, I am a very slow, pedantic and thoughtful person. Any idea, project, I can procrastinate for several years, I'm 30, knowledge and skills are a lot, but there is little real movement.
There was an idea to try to change myself, it becomes more penetrating, energetic, and it even turns out (trainings, communication with purposeful people). But it’s hard to maintain this psychological state, without external support I fall into thoughtfulness and analysis (the psychology of a Muscovite, I was born and raised in Moscow).
Thoughts on looking for partners are as follows:
1. Trainings like Business Youth, where you are encouraged to find a partner inside suitable coaching.
2. Calling private specialists to find out if it is possible to somehow establish a partnership.
3. Announcements in social networks, on bulletin boards, forums.
4. As an option, instead of a partner, find a business coach, coach and get motivation and control from him.
5. Specialized sites for finding a business partner (google for "find a business partner").
I would be grateful for advice on what methods you think can be more effective.

My opinion - do not wind yourself up with trainings, it will all pass quickly. It is better to establish a stable work, sales process, product development.
Do you want a partner who will control you? It seems to me that there are a lot of people who want to go to startup parties. These are entrepreneurs who do not have a technical team, there are many of them.
Business youth - it seems to me that this is not the place where adequate entrepreneurs who act with reason gather) A person with experience and assets, in principle, cannot get there, since the information is at the entry-level trainings.
As an option, hire a business developer/salesperson, get interested. But in businesses whose essence is sales (no technology, for example), this should be done by the founders. If you do not sell anything, the essence of the business is selling, and you expect to go on a hired seller - this is all very dangerous.
Find partners simply on your topic. Lead generation is a popular niche, there are a lot of related niches. LPgenerators and a thousand CPA networks, for example, can partner if it makes any sense.
You can also try to get trained in a business incubator, accelerator, but again, with lead generation, it’s hard to get there.
In my opinion, it is very difficult to find adequate partners, especially if you are planning a long-term relationship with them. A friend of mine recently encountered such a problem, he needed a partner who could replace him at any time. I immediately dismissed myself, because. In his field, I do not understand anything at all. I helped him in his search, but it was all useless wherever we searched. Then we decided to rely on the Heart-Hunter agency, the consultant promised over the phone that we would make dozens of new business acquaintances in the shortest possible time, I was very glad that they did not deceive us.
