Wholesale business. Every week orders are collected from customers via mail. There are several hundred clients and most of the order changes weekly. There are about 500 positions in the form.
I would like to find a system with a personal account for customers, so that they themselves come in and fill in their requests for goods. It is desirable to unload in 1s, but this is not necessary.

Do you work in 1C?
If so, then you can write a processing that would read the file with the order. Provided that all clients work with files of the same format.
There are other options.

In fact, we need a regular "online store" (system for accepting orders), from which orders will be received either in 1s or crm if desired and possible. There are a lot of options for IM, there are plenty to choose from.

CRM and Personal Account are different separate independent systems!
First you need to conduct a little poll. It is far from a fact that customers will need this tool. There are dozens of these LCs, and you will still fence here.
