How to find a web studio for lean startup style development in St. Petersburg?

Good afternoon,
I'm tired of inventing and implementing projects that no one needs in my free time.
The next one decided to do it in lean startup mode:
- worked out the idea and monetization
- clarified the idea
- found the first corp. clients
- it's time to make a product :)
Advise how to find a smart studio in St. Petersburg, which will be ready to work in the lean startup style for several months:
- fast MVP development, for example, on wordpress
- testing on real visitors, fast iterations and growth of functionality
- in 6- 9 months of refactoring on a normal architecture and the beginning of a phased improvement of the product.
What's annoying now:
- large studios with good competence, but they are interested in making a website right away for TK from 0.5-1kk rubles
It is not interesting to invest in unnecessary functions or design, and then redo everything
- small studios that do not have normal qualifications, but have grown for 1-2 years back when the programmer got tired of working for his uncle and he trains and fills bumps in business.
How to search? Mb choose a platform for MVP and then look like studios that do everything on wordpress (or Bitrix or something else) in St. Petersburg in my part of the city?
ps from freelancing, remote work refused.
There is nothing more effective than a weekly face-to-face meeting and talking through all the questions - then less football by mail and the desired result is achieved faster.
