How to find a remote internship for a beginner python programmer?

Greetings!
Gentlemen, could you tell me how to find practice for a novice programmer?
According to my estimates, I do not reach the junior level, but I want to study and study.
There is some knowledge.
I've scattered the announcements on thematic sites in the style:

Good afternoon!
I’m looking for practice, I started studying python about six months ago, I achieved certain results, but it’s difficult to develop further without specific tasks. It takes practice.
I am looking for a team of developers \ organization \ any other people interested in me who are ready to accept a person into their team for remote "practice".
I can do simple tasks, devote more than 20 hours a week to your projects, I can even help with the administration of Linux servers (I have such a profile :)).
What do I want to get?
Knowledge. Invaluable experience in development, joint development and, if possible, consultation of your specialists, if I have problems (and they probably will, I still have little experience) with solving your problems.
I'm very interested in learning both "Pure" python and learning the Flask, Django frameworks (others are also possible, this is also an experience).
I started learning with the 3rd version of python, but I can retrain to the 2nd. Also quite a bit familiar with JavaScript
Financial question: Of course, I still do not reach the replacement of some specific vacant position, therefore I have no right to demand money, but of course, I will not refuse if you offer :).
there are a couple of my crafts on GitHub https://github.com/SerjAntiquity/
skype: spacem00nkey
mail: [email protected]

But they don’t want to contact me :(
Maybe there are some places where they take half-educated people and make people out of them?

Join the development of the-tale.org
All sources are open: https://github.com/Tiendil/the-tale
You take a task, do it, make a pull request, get criticism until everything is done right, and the code gets into the working draft .
The wiki on github has more details.

Of course, I'm wildly sorry, but you yourself scare everyone away. You give everyone a link to a github, on which, in fact, there is nothing. And what is, is provided with comments like "x#yak-x#yak and in production". By this alone, you yourself are positioning yourself as an extremely frivolous person. No one will contact such a "developer" for free.
PS
It is better to hide the link to the github and do not show it to anyone. At least until something decisive at least some real tasks settles there.

I can suggest the following scheme of work: you work for free on an interesting project to track the time spent on projects, something like https://toggl.com/ based on https://odoo.com. Odoo is based on python and its market is developing quite well in Russia, then you can find more customers.
If you make it to the working level and transfer the source code, you will get a decent payment. Then we can refine it on a different basis. They would take a freelancer, but no one wants to work without an advance payment and a clear statement of work. And here it’s just necessary to slowly do something and test it on yourself and on us, I’m ready to act as your tester.

Here it is the eternal problem of a novice specialist :) Maybe try to enter some open team? This is both experience and acquaintances (but hardly money). Python is used for more than just the web. Take the directions you are interested in and look at the forums for announcements of recruitment to the team. Let's say Python is used for scripts for Blender, its analogue (Boo) on Unity (I'm circling in game dev, so I advise mine).

Make yourself a good portfolio.
Look at what customers want from you -> study -> offer.
