How to find a customer in gamedev?

Hello!
I lead a team of browser and mobile game developers ( http://zitech-llc.ru). At the time the company was founded, there was one regular customer and one publisher who was ready to publish our own project.
At the very beginning, we collected a lot of fairly simple orders from a regular customer and over time successfully completed them. The quality of games, in our own opinion, leaves much to be desired, as well as the vision of projects by the customer. And as it turned out now, they do not decorate the portfolio.
At the moment, I am engaged in sending letters to publishers and game developers with a proposal for cooperation. But unsuccessfully.
Please advise how and where to find interesting projects for a young development team?

Hey! We in the studio, for example, develop games for ourselves (for subsequent contact with the publisher, etc.), but after releasing one successful project, a large Spanish company found us, which ordered a good amount of not very complex projects from us at a too good price ( also in euros). Now we are closing the contract and they want to order more (they liked us :) ).
A good way to find clients is to attend exhibitions. Actually, we found publishers for all our projects at Game Connection in Paris last year.

Find your game designer and pay him.
