How to find a contractor

Good night

I have an idea for a small Internet business that I've already had a good sleep with. So much so that there is even a preliminary TK. There is a little time to do this as a customer and some free money for it. I started looking for a contractor on Google - in my opinion, all the studios are about the same.
I don’t want to send TK to everyone in a row to receive commercial offers. The idea, although not so hot, what a golden one, but with due diligence in the mailing list, it can float away, because. it is implemented quite simply and quickly.
So the question is, how to find a contractor who will suit me in terms of prices / terms / quality and at the same time not devote him deeply to the idea before signing the contract? Moreover, it is desirable not to spend a lot of time on personal meetings and negotiations.

PS: Actually, you need to make a small photo processing web service with a website and a reserve for future development. It is also desirable to help in placing all this on the hosting.

I think I won't be much mistaken if I say no way. In fact, in order to hear the price and terms, the developer needs to know what he will do.
But you can try to be smart. Find an already implemented service that is similar (in your opinion) to the functionality and scope of your future. Well, then, when requesting a commercial one, refer to it, they say, you need something similar in functionality, you already have this and that, how much it will cost you approximately. But I don't think a lot of people will like this option. I would not like it and I would be wary of such an order.
In my opinion, it's easier not to be afraid that the idea will be stolen. Moreover, it will be stolen anyway, as soon as you release the project into life. And those who steal the budget for advertising and development may have much more than yours, so even an earlier start will not help. Well, even the fact that you find a studio and it will take on the project does not mean at all that someone from the studio will not be able to leak the idea to someone else. Those. the project will be stolen in any case =) So in my opinion it's easier not to be afraid of this, but to quickly try to enter the market.

In vain you are afraid. By itself, a bare idea without detailed development, interface design, understanding of monetization methods, and also without a person who moves this idea into life is inexpensive. There are exceptions, but perhaps your case is not an exception ...
In addition, a detailed project is not needed to estimate the approximate cost of development, in fact. A general description is enough (it is also possible with reference to projects with the same level of functionality) to achieve a fundamental agreement on the order of prices. You can also enter into a contract and prescribe confidentiality conditions there, but this, of course, is not protection. And it’s better not to look for a bureaucratized studio with thieving low-paid employees, but a small team that has no other headache than stealing other people’s ideas - there is no time to implement your own ...

It's not you who accidentally make a service for ordering printed photos from VKontakte / Facebook / Instagram?
