Is there money? No one is able to do anything worthwhile for free, many are not able to do anything worthless for little money, because everyone wants to get the maximum, and invest the minimum, even if the project is promising and seemingly interesting, of course, someone later realizes that this is not his way, that it was worth investing and regrets mistakes, but 99% instead either find those who give them the maximum and work only with them, or are left without work at all.

Try publishing your project on Github, for example. And if the project is interesting, then enthusiasts will appear who will work for the idea in their free time from the main occupation.

Try it here , but as you have already been told, it is unlikely that something worthwhile will come out.

You don’t have an idea, but another product
Programmers do this every day
So even for the sake of an idea (share) no one will go
Look for money, and then come to freelance

The idea is worth nothing, so you must offer something to a competent specialist so that he agrees to participate in your project. Money, connections, some of your rare professional qualities, etc.

Everything is bad.
Qualified specialists are now in great demand.
And to work for free for a share that may not be (if it doesn’t take off, but 99% do not take off)....
A qualified specialist does not need you.
You can offer "a student with burning eyes."
If you're lucky, he'll be smart.
But these fade quickly. Because they need to eat.
While the student is a young specialist, the lion's share of his time is spent on earning money for food, an apartment, etc., etc.
Therefore, very soon the student will begin to pay little attention to your product.
Everything is sad.
If you manage to solve the student's everyday problems, then there is a chance.

You can contact a decent accelerator if you are interested in the idea - and the staff will help you pick it up.
