How to find a cat in a photo?

It is necessary to determine if there is a cat in the photo in order to further determine its breed. The second part is done (using the Keras library), everything is clear to me - there is a convolutional neural network that implements multiclassification, each class has its own set of images. But what if you need to analyze the photo for "cat-not a cat"?
UPD. As they write in one of the comments somewhere on stackoverflow, "one-class classification is different than binary-class classification".
