How to finally get your Playbook from RIM?
I ask the collective wisdom to suggest how to proceed. Maybe someone also faced a similar problem.
In February of this year, RIM held a campaign to give away free tablets for developing an application for the Playbook. In March, I received a notification that I had successfully completed all the conditions.
On March 22, I received an e-mail with a link to a form in which I had to indicate the coordinates to receive the package. On March 28, the package was sent via FedEx, and on March 30, FedEx informed me that the package did not meet the requirements. In response to my letter to [email protected], they promised to send the package via USPS.
And since then miracles have begun. They answer me once every 2 weeks and write that my package was successfully delivered, while giving a tracking number with a completely different recipient's last name and a different destination city. What is most remarkable, in the tracking from FedEx, all my data was indicated correctly.
Naturally, I reported that this was not my tracking number, but in response I received the same answer in slightly different words. That is, the information that my name is different and I live in another city was simply ignored. For the past 2 weeks, I have received no response at all.
How to proceed? Where to apply?
Or maybe this is normal, and they generally always do this?
Update:I don't know if this post worked. Perhaps it's just a coincidence. But I just got a reply from tmgideas and they sent me the correct tracking number.
Judging by the tracking, the Russian Post delivered the parcel for more than a month and a half. That's who the real "heroes" are!

And where to apply? They essentially don't owe you anything and you don't have any relationship with them. So keep trying their support, there are no more options.
Not received. FedEx taxied playbooks back, RIM promised to come up with something. They didn't write to me.
It is necessary to kick technical support :) I already completely forgot.
