How to filter traffic with tcpdump based on criteria of equality of sender and recipient addresses?

It is necessary to trace packets containing the same sender and recipient addresses, i.e. like this:
src host = dst host
But tcpdump doesn't like this construction:

syntax error

Is there any way to create such a rule?
