How to filter requests from the machine to get JS files in Wireshark?
I don't know how to filter them. I look at the captured packets and there is no expected http.accept == "text/javascript". More precisely. in general, not a single request to .js files has a designation that will clearly say that the request is to a JS file, or I don’t know about something. :)

You don't know about something. You do not know that networks have several levels, and you need to solve the problem at the right level in a particular case. You would also climb to the LAN cable with an oscilloscope and look for JS over HTTP there. :)
In this case, you need either a browser, they have rich developer tools, extensions are possible, or an HTTP sniffer, such as Fiddler, but something deeper than HTTP is redundant and will complicate the task, for example, by the fact that Wireshark does not decrypt HTTPS, and Fiddler is "can" and even more so the browser.
