How to filter products by ingredients in Woocommerce?

Hello!
We want to make a small food delivery site and faced the problem of implementing a filter by ingredients (preferably without reloading the page, using ajax).
That is, when you click on an ingredient, the products with this ingredient in the composition are sorted.
By portfolio filter type by category.
Can anyone suggest ways to implement this task using a plugin or regular Woocommerce tools, which ones are better to use?
