How to file your own color scheme for ST3?

How to file your theme / color scheme, or at least modify the existing one? It’s just that there is a color scheme, everything is fine, I like the colors of the code, but the background, well, the CPC does not hurt the eyes.
Is there a way to quickly make your own color scheme?

1. How to change the background?
Open the file of your color scheme with the extension tmTheme . If you do not know what scheme you have, PreferencesSettings - User , opposite "color_scheme": there will be the name of your scheme and the path to it. In the schema file we find the following lines, they should be almost at the very beginning (between <string></string>, most likely, contains a different value):

<key>background</key>
<string>#ffdab9</string>

We enter our color between the tags <string></string>in HEX → the background should become different. It can take a few minutes since the changes are made, sometimes restarting Sublime Text 3 helps.
It is unlikely to succeed quickly, you will have to deal with a lot of parameters. Perhaps my Sublime Text 3 instructions will help, many of them are about color schemes. I draw your attention to the article " Changing the visual characteristics of the finished syntax ... ".
Thank you.
