How to auto-indent newline in Sublime 3?

Tried all versions of Sublime Text 3. Even the latest 3088 which is for developers.
In an HTML file, when a new line is entered, it does not automatically add an indent.
Although it added in version 2.
I even shot a video for comparison (both versions without changing the settings).

And here is an example of the fact that when you press Ctrl + Shift + Enter (while on the next line), the automatic indent is still set, but when you enter the tag, it jumps to the beginning of the line.

1) Please tell me what needs to be configured?
2) Is it like this for everyone or just me?
Thanks
Updated : tested on 4 different computers Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 - same situation everywhere.

12 hours of hassle and a solution (possibly crooked) is found.
It turns out that older builds of version 3 quite correctly place automatic indents in HTML.
How I did:
1) Installed and launched Sublime Text 3 build 3021 2) Copy the Default and HTML
folders from the C:\Users\ user_name \AppData\Local\Sublime Text 3\Cache folder 3) Completely uninstalled version 3021, installed the latest version and inserted files from the old version into the same path. After that, everything worked for me. PS Judging by the numerous questions on Stack Overflow, I'm not the only one with this problem
