How to file a complaint against the actions of the RKN?

The question is quite broad: how can one publicly file a complaint with the RKN or any agency associated with it in connection with their specific bills, public actions or statements? As an individual or legal entity, or maybe within the framework of some other civil formations, I don’t know.

Or in another way: how can one appeal against the adoption of specific laws / bills? This, of course, is about those that are pushed by the ILV, but of course this can be useful in relation to other federal services

Recently, through Habr (and not only) I learn about a breakthrough of laws that the RKN successfully pushes into legislation and on the basis of which it then does something largely strange and ridiculous. Despite the fact that we seem to have democracy, neither me, nor any of my acquaintances, and as far as I know any of the people affected by these laws, no one seems to have asked whether they want to adopt a specific law or not (is this normal for democracy?). Hence the question: how can an individual, legal entity or society as a whole prevent the adoption of such laws or publicly appeal against an already adopted one?

There is a public association Roskomsvoboda. Contact them. I have been watching them for a long time, they are doing the right thing.

we seem to be a democracy

Che? Democracy is the power of democrats :) Neither in Ancient Russia, nor in the Russian Empire, nor in the USSR, nor now - we never had what the Pindos usually call "democracy". Even in the 90s.
none of the people affected by these laws

It is interesting, but you can specifically name - from which laws he suffered and in what way "suffering" was expressed. Who - do not.
how can an individual, legal entity or society as a whole prevent the adoption of such laws or publicly appeal against an already adopted one?

legal entity - nothing at all. Unless it will be some kind of political unification.
individuals and society as a whole - to go with ideas to the deputies, to promote the "correct" deputies to power so that they seek the adoption of the necessary or the abolition of unnecessary laws.
Well, there is another option - to change power by force of arms, but this is not about us. You won’t have time to utter a word - they will poke a face into the cobblestone of the pavement.

No way. We have not had democracy for a long time, and even the constitution is being trampled on. Laws are also not retroactive. To change something, you need to have the right to propose bills. Read how "it is necessary to become part of the state apparatus"

If your basic rights are infringed, censored there, for example, something, go to the constitutional court and shake your rights. But even with the latest version of the constitution, the constitutional court is no longer a cake.
