How to file a bug report for a scalability error?
When I change the scale of the site through the developer mode in the Mozilla browser, the form with the search does not change the size. How to describe a bug report? Somehow it turned out clumsily for me:
TEST-2
Environment: PC, Windows 7 64-bit, Mozilla Firefox version 72.0 (64-bit)
The width of the block with the search form does not change its size when the screen scale changes from 820px to 320px
Steps:
1. Open the URL .... in Mozilla Firefox version 72.0 browser
2. Open
Expected result:
The search form block renders the same at any screen resolution
Actual result:
When the screen is scaled from 820px to 320px, the width of the search form block does not change its size

What to write in the second paragraph? Open the developer mode and set the screen size to such and such? This question is not clear. What is the best way to describe the title, expected and actual results?

Of course, it's different for different teams. For me, this is all "Open developer mode", "width of the block with the search form", etc., seems redundant.
The bug is written for developers who perfectly understand what it is about, why this water?
Maybe more experienced colleagues will disagree with me.
