How to figure it out here?

I do not understand the formation of a boolean from the universe, and how to get the power of this boolean.
Help me figure it out by answering in detail or giving an example of a book (article) where this is clearly explained.

UNIVERSUM is a philosophical term denoting the entire objective reality in time and space.

So everything is simple.
You write down the entire objective reality - all objects, actions, phenomena, events, etc. in the form of a set. Then you compose all possible subsets of this set, from empty to the original. The set of these subsets will be the Boolean of the universe.
