In the general case, this task is resource reengineering. For simple copy-pasting, it does not make sense.
If you need to tear out some kind of sheet of text that is displayed on the screen or in a window for a long time so that you can take a picture, then the most effective method is to capture a photo or video screen followed by OCR text recognition on individual frames.
