How to extract information from an encrypted SD card?

Drowned phone Motorola Moto G 2 xt1068 running Android 6.0. After that, the phone stopped turning on and the third service center could not do anything with it. The memory card in the phone was used as an extension of the built-in memory.
So on the memory card there is a lot of important information for me, in particular photos from trips. When you try to open the memory card directly, windows prompts you to format it. I understand that in Android 6.0 the memory card is encrypted in such a way that it can only be opened from the phone.
Is it possible to somehow extract information from a memory card, given that the probability of returning the phone to life is low?
