Does anyone else use blanks or have they all switched to flash drives? I ran into a problem: how to recover a file from a dvd disk?

There was such a box - a DVD-drive. A disc is inserted into it and files are read.

Familiar DVDs with video recording were brought. It was not readable AT ALL - all drives showed a blank disk. I read the Internet - 2 programs did not work. Oiled this poor DVD for more than an hour each - zero exhaust.
ISO Booster downloaded all the information in 10 minutes, saved it to the HDD. Approximately 1G.
