How to extract a 3D model from the apk file of the game? There is a game file, how to get a model out of it, optionally with textures?

apk is just a zip archive. Unpack it and look for models there. True, they will be in the format of the game, which is not the fact that it will be standard. If you're lucky, the models will be in one of the known formats and you can import them into the editor.
