You need to configure RDP on the user's computer

If you want to connect via RDP:
1. Install a computer (windows 10) on the network, let it connect to it, from it over the network to files, but files will be downloaded to a remote computer with problems.
2. Terminal access. If there is a domain, then there is a domain controller (roughly). You install another computer (win2016 server) and buy licenses for terminal access. With files, the same problems, and a little expensive. But many people can connect at the same time.

1. Forget about the HOME version ... periodically because of them there are problems with the domain controller. If it is on a remote computer, it may not work because of this.
