How to extend the webcam?

Good evening. For the new year, my friends and I plan to hold a stream, there will be no game part, only a video of the celebration itself. We have 3 webcams and possibly a DSLR. Through OBS, we will try to bring the stream to Twitch. But here's one problem, how can you scatter webcams across two rooms? After all, the cable length is not enough, and buying a USB extension cable is extremely inconvenient (let's get confused in these wires). Gentlemen, is there any way to solve the current difficulty?

the point is that the stream from one PC is transmitted to another, and from the other it is broadcast to the world.
maybe you can stream from several devices to one PC, and then unite everything in the world;)
