How to extend a disk volume to the left?

The first partition is Windows, the second is Linux in one partition. I want to bite off Windows and add places to Linux. How can I do that?

Through a Linux boot disk with GParted. It’s beautiful there, with a window, you’ll figure it out. Just drag and drop with the mouse.

The dumbest option is to format this partition under Linux and use it as a separate partition. Not very convenient, but safe.
