How to expose Cache-Control http header in Amazon CloudFront for entire bucket?

There is a bucket in S3. CloudFront works with it. The bucket contains both static and pictures added by users.
There are a lot of files and they will be constantly added, so the option of setting Cache-Control manually through Properties in the console immediately disappears.
Is there any way to set "MetaData" for the entire bucket at once?
I understand that it is very profitable for Amazon to have files downloaded again each time, thus the user will pay more. But to set it manually for each file is insanity.
Thank you!

When adding files, you can assign headers to them programmatically.
