How to export user's address book from exchange 2013?

There is an old exchange 2013 server, the user worked through owa, the user has 100+ contacts in the address book via the web interface, they need to be exported to be transferred to another server.
It is advisable to do this through powershell, because ecp does not work, these contacts are not in gal, and they are not loaded in outlook.
