Right-click on the layer with the svg element and there "Export as ...", and there already select SVG and click "Export all".
Do not try to export svg from photoshop, this is a bad job.
It's easier like this: copy the SVG code of the vector layer, create a .svg file, paste the copied code into it. And then everything works perfectly. This method will also work if the vector layer has some blending options, such as a gradient.
