How to export only visible elements in illustrator?

Hello, there is a pdf document where there is an element I need to export to svg, and then export to autocad, but there is a problem, This element has a lot of layers (not software, namely visual), and is it possible somehow to export only external elements that are visible to me in svg?

But it has one more layer in which elements I do not need are stored
