How to export message texts to excel file?

Good evening. I created problems for myself, I don’t understand how to get out of this situation. I created a subscription form on the site, where the user enters his email. And for some reason, I made it so that these emails would be sent to me in text by e-mail, and not collected in a common database. So now the question has come of using this subscription base, and all the emails are in my messages in Yandex, right in the message texts.
Is there any way to download the message texts to a file? And what other options are possible?

As an option, send all letters to a mailbox from google and use gscript to save the necessary data to a google spreadsheet

Unfortunately, you will have to manually copy the text of each letter.
You can, of course, make a program that enters the mail and parses letters. But the game is not worth the candle. It's easier to spend 20 minutes and do everything manually.
