How to export bounce addresses?

Tell me if there are any free solutions that allow you to export all email addresses from the mail folder where Bounce addresses are stored? (with errors, non-existent).
Just keep in mind that in these letters the recipient's email may not be in the header, but somewhere in the body of the letter.

It's not usually done that way. Each letter is sent to each recipient with a unique sender address in an SMTP envelope, then the bounce arrives at this address and by the address to which the bounce came, you can uniquely identify the address to which the original letter was sent and which letter was not delivered.
