How to export articles with tilde on WP?

Hello! Please tell me how to transfer / export articles from tilde to WP? It is the articles themselves, the layout is not needed. You can even in some xls, csv, xml file... The fact is that there are about 200 pages on the tilde whose content needs to be transferred to a new site on WP...
