How to export a report (over 350000 rows) from OBI Answers 11 to Excel?

Detailed report (number of fields = 23) was developed in Oracle BI Answers:
Oracle Business Intelligence 11.1.1.7.131017
Initially, it was assumed that the user would set filters (number of OBI filters = 20 of which 4 are required) and receive a specific slice of report data.
As it turned out later, users also need to upload the entire report (only mandatory filters) to Excel and transfer it to another department (there it is uploaded to the system).
On production, the size of a full report is 380,000 lines on average.
When trying to upload such a report from Answers to Excel (XLS), a file with a size of > 200 Mb is generated and an error occurs when opening: ""Report_1" is not a valid web page in a single file."
When uploading to XLSX, a processing window appears (that is, after 30 minutes the file is not generated).
At the moment, data is unloaded by a support employee directly from the database with a script and inserted into XLSX (average file size is 60 MB), and then sent to users.
Is it possible to somehow get around this problem and download the report from Answers?
Is it possible to implement such an unloading in other tools of the OBIEE package?
The option with the Excel macro, which connects to the database and uploads the report to Excel, was rejected by the security regulations (the user should not have direct access to the database).
