How to explain that the use of "www" before the domain in print advertising and design is bad manners?
And that in general it is not necessary to use www in front of the domain anywhere. It's not pretty. Terrible. But to explain not on a sense of beauty, but on dry logic.
Or maybe I'm wrong?

Sometimes it doesn't look good without www, for example we have a column of text:
site.com
iivanov @site .com
www. - these are extra 4 characters, we get
www.site.com
iivanov @site .com
Alignment is more beautiful.
Or imagine a minimalist poster that says, at the bottom, site.com
It might be fine, but www.site.com has a premise, a development, and a climax, you know? )
Many people know that it is not necessary to type, someone knows that this is bad manners, but most simply do not care.
People (not in IT) need a token that will allow them to interpret the string as a web address.
www is a great marker. And it is not needed only by popular sites that are on everyone's lips.
Nobody cares for a long time.
But in general, www.whattotam.tld in people's minds is immediately associated with the site. But vlad.pro, for example, they do not perceive as a website address.
How can you "not beautifully" explain the dry logic?
What instead of www? http://?
Why is it suddenly www - it bad manners? Yes, extra characters, yes, professionals understand everything without it. But it is easier for the mass user to understand that this is the site address if there is "www". If you refuse, you will lose 95% of the contingent.
I also tried to fight, so far without success. The site opens without www, it constantly redirects if you specify a prefix - and at the presentation of the project I see that on the very first slide www ...
In short, now from www a person gets to a page where it says something like
That's how I re-educate, let them get used to it.
Yes, you are wrong in this case. The use of www in printed form is not only not bad manners, but quite the opposite - bonton and shows respect for the reader. In general, the use of www in print should not be a sign of good or bad taste, but should be a rule - you write the address of the site - put www.
But sometimes found http: // is completely superfluous in printing products.
