In general terms:
There is a site on Bitrix. It has some kind of error. Let's say the field in the form is not active. However, the form submits fine. You start to crawl through the code without making any changes, without saving anything, etc. You just look at the form code, fields, its settings in the admin panel, submit the form for testing a couple of times.
Problem: As a result, you did not change anything, but the form changed - the field changed its appearance, and an error pops up when submitting the form. This was not originally, you did not change anything, but some changes have occurred. No one was working on the site at the same time. Why is this happening? Is this some kind of known Bitrix problem that I don't know yet? Or is this an isolated situation with this particular site? Which way to think?
