Hello. A question. How to set up trigger mailings in Bitrix?
The fact is that test messages that are sent from the letter template reach the address, but the whole problem is that when you launch a trigger mailing, it captures all those that we need, but does not send letters. If you go to the trigger mailing template, for example, "Letters in pursuit", and set the interval for the first letter = 1-5 minutes, then it does not send anything. The statistics indicate this: Status - not sent.
What is the problem, I could not find out and there is no solution on the Internet, very strange. I'm sure I'm not the only one experiencing this. Of course, you can use third-party services, but there are relatives that I'm sure are almost as good as third-party services. Please help me to solve this problem or at least in which direction to move in order to solve this problem. Thank you.
