How to expand virtual box to full screen on macbook?

1- installed a virtual box on a macbook
2- put Windows there
3 - BUT it did not unfold to the full screen
4 - I went to Devices-Insert Guest Additions and installed some kind of add-on there
The resolution has increased! but again not in full screen
how to make it in full screen?)))
