How to expand the image transferred from the laptop to the full screen of the monitor?

In general, there is an eMachines laptop. It has Win7. Max resolution 1360*768. It has a monitor output. I connect through this output - the monitor. The monitor has max. resolution 1920*1080. As a result, the monitor displays a smeared image in the middle of the screen. Those. the transferred 1360*768 image is not stretched to full screen. I rummaged through the screen settings, I did not find anything like that. Please tell me how to make the image stretched to full screen?

In the "Clone" mode, the same image is displayed on both monitors, with the same parameters, the total resolution will be the resolution of the smaller monitor.
In the "Expand" and "Projector only" modes, each monitor displays its own image with its own parameters.
I don’t remember in the monitors, but in the firmware of the TVs there was a function "extend low resolution to the whole screen", so dig into the settings of the monitor if you need the "Clone" mode.
