How to exit bios/boot menu?

Hello :)
When the computer boots up, the boot menu appears,
Computer lenovo flex 2 15, windows 10, I tried to reboot and enter (apparently) into the BIOS - through the setup, but I did not find how to return to Windows without losing the files with the computer's memory.
Please help me how to get out of this mode?
