How to exclude impressions for irrelevant keywords?

What am I doing wrong if I have impressions for the keywords "mercedes", and I set up only impressions for "audi"?
In direct, you can simply turn off the auto-expansion of phrases, etc., and ads will be shown only for those keys that you yourself specified. Is there something similar in adwords?
In general, in the "search queries" field, all irrelevant slag goes like "Other search queries", which you can look at and which knock down the entire ctr. What is it?

"Other searches" appear if you are looking at a period very close to today. They are recognized gradually and disappear after a few days.
Synonyms in Yandex.Direct are not completely disabled. There is an official response from Yandex to this effect. Only individual words by adding negative keywords to the list.
In Google Adwords, you can use the "broad match modifier" operator - "+" before the keyword. Synonyms are thus excluded.
