How to exclude a domain from filtering?

Good day.
From time to time I encounter a problem: users do not receive mail from unscrupulous senders, who are regarded as spammers by some public anti-spam filters. Often, such senders do not know how and cannot legalize their domain; but it is necessary to receive mail from them.
Adding their domains to iRedMail's whitelists has no effect, because, as far as I understand, it is rejected at a lower level (postfix, postscreen_dnsbl_sites). How can I exclude this check for a specific list of domains?
