How to exclude a directory from HTTPS, and redirect all other HTTP requests to HTTPS?

The problem is that the domain is now running over https. For this reason, there is no data exchange from 1C (UT 11), 1C simply cannot log in ("... received an empty response from the server ..."). If in the settings of the ISP panel, disable the redirection of all http requests to https, then the 1C exchange with the site establishes a connection.
Tell me how you can configure the host or htaccess to configure: - redirect all http requests to https, except for a specific directory, on the contrary, it should be available via http.
Apache2 + Nginx
MODX REVO 2.5
1C (UTvsK 2.12.04)
UPD:
The GET exchange script on the site says that everything is OK and ready for work.

@Godless

In general, it is correct to find the code responsible for the exchange in 1s and check if it connects normally via https + configure the "follow redirects" option in the web client or whatever it is called in 1s.
